Research Computing Resources

Server resources are available that provide remote access to applications and high performance computing assets in both Windows and Linux environments.  Access is available to faculty, staff, and graduate students.  Access to undergraduates is available when requested by faculty for either research or instructional needs.

We provide remote computing environments using Windows and Linux operating systems.  To find out more about each, use the links below.  Not sure which one to use?  Check out our Linux or Windows page.

If you find that using shared systems doesn't meet your needs we can work with you to create custom solutions.  Simply contact us to begin the conversation.

Getting Help

We utilize the University's Technology Help and Support as our point of contact.  If you need assistance please contact or 612-301-HELP and if they can't solve it they will escalate the request to our team.  If you know the request should go to us you can ask them to assign the ticket to "T2 CLA".
