Getting Help

For issues specifically related to systems we run, an e-mail to [email protected] is the best way to contact us.  Your message will generate a ticket and you should receive an automatic response with a ticket number that can be used to track your message.

The University's Technology Help and Support can provide some assistance as it relates to desktop computers, VPN, and basic connectivity issues with Citrix.  They're phone number is 612-301-HELP.

We are available from 8:00am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday (except official University holidays).

The University's Technology Help and Support is available 24 hours a day.

After Hours

After-hours support is provided on a best effort basis.  [email protected] is the best method to contact us.

We have monitoring and alerts set up to help tell us when a system is having an issues.  If an issue of significant impact occurs after hours, we have an on-call person available that will begin work to resolve the issue.
